You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Students who cannot legally agree to these terms must use RankYodha only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Practice results, analysis, recommendations and mentor guidance are educational tools. RankYodha does not guarantee an exam score, rank, admission or other outcome. Always verify official exam notices with the relevant authority.

Test series and mentorship are separate purchases made on the RankYodha website through Razorpay. The description, price, access period and included services shown before payment form part of your order. App access is unlocked after a successful website purchase is verified.

• Do not share accounts, paid access, private mentor contact details or test content.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated material.
• Do not impersonate another student, mentor or staff member.

RankYodha's questions, explanations, notes, branding and software remain ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of material you upload and give us a limited permission to store, process and show it to the people needed to provide the requested service, such as your assigned mentor.

We may limit or suspend access to protect students, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. We work to keep RankYodha available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Planned and emergency maintenance may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, RankYodha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator of RankYodha.

We may update these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@rankyodha.com.
