We collect the account and profile details you provide, including your name, email, phone number, target exam, class and coaching details. We also store your practice, quiz, test, score, purchase and mentorship activity.
If you use mentorship, this can include messages, mentor assignments and test-result images or PDFs that you choose to upload. Technical records may include device tokens, app version, request logs and error diagnostics.
We share only what is needed with service providers that operate RankYodha, such as Clerk for authentication, Razorpay for website payments, Cloudflare R2 for private file storage, Expo for push delivery and Sentry when error reporting is enabled. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by RankYodha.
We keep account and learning data while your account is active and for only as long as it is reasonably needed afterwards for the purposes above. Purchase records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud and legal obligations. Private uploads are access-controlled and deleted when the related record or account is deleted, subject to short-lived backups and legal retention duties.
You can update your profile, export a copy of your account data or request account deletion from My account. You can also email support@rankyodha.com. Deleting an account is permanent; records we must legally retain are minimised and separated from the deleted profile.
RankYodha is an education service. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and permit your use. Guardians may contact us about a student's data.
We use access controls, encrypted network connections and operational monitoring, but no online system can promise absolute security. We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to support@rankyodha.com.
